Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

At BocaPalmWalkins, operated by 2024 Trade LLC, most of our projects involve custom-made closets, cabinets, design services, project-specific materials, and made-to-order components. For that reason, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail store policies.

1. CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS — FINAL SALE

All custom-made, made-to-order, special-order, personalized, configured, measured, approved, delivered, or installed closet and cabinet projects are final sale.

Because these products are prepared, ordered, designed, sized, selected, or built specifically for a particular client, space, or project, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once approved by the client and/or moved into ordering, procurement, production, delivery, or installation.

This includes, without limitation:

  • custom closets;
  • custom cabinet orders;
  • made-to-order closet systems;
  • personalized layouts;
  • approved finish selections;
  • glass, aluminum, lighting, and special-order components;
  • project-specific design, measurement, and planning work.

2. NO STANDARD RETAIL RETURNS

We do not accept retail-style returns of installed, delivered, approved, or project-specific closet and cabinet products.

We do not offer refunds simply because a client changes their mind, no longer wants the product, chooses another style later, delays the project, or decides not to proceed after approval, procurement, production, delivery, or installation has begun.

3. DAMAGES, DEFECTS, OR WRONG ITEMS

Clients must inspect delivered items and installed work promptly and notify us as soon as possible if there is:

  • visible shipping damage;
  • a defective component;
  • a missing component;
  • a wrong item supplied by us;
  • a material issue that substantially differs from the approved scope.

If a legitimate issue is confirmed, we will review it in good faith and determine an appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, that solution may include:

  • adjustment;
  • repair;
  • replacement of the affected component;
  • corrective service;
  • another commercially reasonable resolution.

All issues are handled through communication and practical resolution, not through automatic retail-style returns.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • all custom-made closets;
  • all custom-made cabinets;
  • all special-order materials;
  • all personalized or project-approved items;
  • all installed items;
  • all used items;
  • all sale items;
  • all design, measurement, planning, consultation, rendering, coordination, and related service fees once performed.

5. CANCELLATIONS

If a client wishes to cancel a project, cancellation rights depend on the stage of the project.

Once a project has entered design work, site measurement, procurement, ordering, production planning, scheduling, delivery preparation, or installation, we reserve the right to retain deposits and charge for work performed, materials committed, labor reserved, and costs already incurred.

Any cancellation request will be reviewed based on the actual project stage and the real expenses and commitments already made.

6. REFUNDS

Refunds are not available for custom-made closet and cabinet orders once approved and moved into execution, except where required by applicable law.

If we determine, in our sole reasonable discretion, that a refund is appropriate in a specific case, any such refund may be reduced by design costs, measurement costs, materials ordered, labor reserved, delivery expenses, administrative charges, and other project-related costs already incurred.

7. SHIPPING OR DELIVERY DELAYS

Any lead times or delivery windows are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. If a delay affects items that have not yet been delivered, we will communicate updated timing and available options in accordance with applicable law. Where required, clients will have the option to accept a revised delivery date or cancel the undelivered portion of the order.
