Terms of service

TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Welcome to BocaPalmWalkins. In these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 2024 Trade LLC, operating under the brand BocaPalmWalkins. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, content, consultations, design materials, estimates, proposals, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a consultation, reviewing our concepts or proposals, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

1. USE OF THE WEBSITE

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. By using the website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence and are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the website in any way that could harm us, our clients, or other users.

2. NATURE OF OUR SERVICES

Our website presents information about our closet design, planning, visualization, material selection, estimating, coordination, installation, and related project services.

Any design concept, rendering, preliminary layout, material presentation, estimate, proposal, installation window, or timeline shown on the website or shared during discussions is for informational and planning purposes unless and until confirmed in a signed agreement or approved written scope.

Use of the website does not create a contractor-client relationship, project commitment, or obligation to provide services unless confirmed by us in writing.

3. CONSULTATIONS, CONCEPTS, AND ESTIMATES

We may offer consultations, preliminary reviews, measurements, concept layouts, renderings, or estimates. These are based on the information available at the time and may change depending on final field measurements, site conditions, finish selections, scope adjustments, access conditions, or other project realities.

Any estimate or proposal is subject to revision until formally accepted by us in writing. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry, consultation, project, or request at our discretion.

4. RENDERINGS, VISUALIZATIONS, AND WEBSITE CONTENT

We make reasonable efforts to present our work, materials, finishes, and concepts accurately. However:

  • colors, finishes, textures, and lighting may appear differently on different screens;
  • renderings and visualizations are illustrative and may not exactly match final installed conditions;
  • final appearance may vary based on site conditions, architecture, lighting, wall conditions, flooring, and approved materials.

We do not guarantee that any rendering, image, or concept shown on the website will appear exactly the same in the final project.

5. PROJECT SCOPE, SITE CONDITIONS, AND FINAL CONFIRMATION

All projects are subject to final verification of dimensions, technical conditions, access, scheduling, and approved scope. Our ability to perform efficiently depends on reasonable site readiness, access to the property, coordination with other trades where applicable, and timely client decisions.

We are not responsible for delays, added costs, or installation complications caused by:

  • inaccurate dimensions or information supplied by others;
  • site conditions not disclosed in advance;
  • unfinished construction areas;
  • scheduling conflicts created by third parties;
  • restricted access to the project site;
  • changes requested after approval;
  • acts beyond our reasonable control.

6. TIMELINES AND INSTALLATION WINDOWS

Any lead times, delivery targets, installation windows, or project schedules discussed on the website, in emails, in text messages, or during consultations are estimates only unless expressly confirmed in a signed agreement.

Actual timelines may vary depending on site readiness, material availability, final approvals, access conditions, project complexity, and third-party coordination.

We will make reasonable efforts to perform within the planned timeline, but we do not guarantee any specific completion date unless expressly stated in a written contract.

7. PRICING, PROPOSALS, AND CHANGE ORDERS

Pricing shown on the website, in guides, ranges, examples, or discussions is for general reference only unless incorporated into a formal written proposal.

Final pricing depends on project scope, quantity of closets, dimensions, finish selections, glass and aluminum options, lighting, installation conditions, and related factors.

Any change to the approved scope, measurements, materials, access conditions, sequencing, or project requirements may result in revised pricing, updated timelines, or a written change order.

We are not obligated to perform work outside the agreed scope without written approval.

8. PAYMENTS

If we move forward with a project, payment terms will be set out in the applicable proposal, agreement, invoice, or contract documents.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • deposits are required to secure scheduling, material allocation, design work, or project activation;
  • work, procurement, or scheduling may not begin until required payments are received;
  • final balances are due according to the agreed payment schedule;
  • unpaid balances may delay scheduling, delivery, installation, closeout, or warranty service.

Any credit card, ACH, wire, check, or other payment information provided must be accurate and authorized.

9. CANCELLATIONS AND PROJECT CHANGES

Because our work may include time, planning, design effort, site visits, material coordination, reserved labor, and scheduling commitments, cancellation rights may be limited after project approval or activation.

If a project is cancelled or suspended after design work, field verification, procurement, scheduling, or production planning has begun, we reserve the right to retain or charge reasonable amounts for work performed, materials committed, time reserved, and administrative costs incurred.

Specific cancellation terms, if any, will be governed by the signed agreement for the project.

10. MATERIALS AND AVAILABILITY

All materials, finishes, hardware, glass options, and related components are subject to availability and may be discontinued or changed by manufacturers or suppliers without notice.

If a selected material becomes unavailable, we may propose a reasonable substitute or revised lead time. We are not responsible for manufacturer discontinuations, backorders, freight disruptions, or supplier delays outside our control.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including text, layouts, renderings, drawings, visual concepts, graphics, logos, photos, videos, project descriptions, and design materials, is owned by or licensed to 2024 Trade LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13. USER SUBMISSIONS

If you submit inquiries, measurements, plans, photos, inspiration images, comments, testimonials, feedback, or other materials to us, you represent that you have the right to share them and that they do not violate the rights of any third party.

You grant us the right to use such submissions as reasonably necessary to review your inquiry, prepare concepts, communicate with you, improve our Services, or perform our obligations.

We are under no obligation to keep unsolicited ideas or feedback confidential unless expressly agreed in writing.

14. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We aim to provide strong design, clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and professional execution. However, we do not guarantee any specific commercial, resale, financial, emotional, or aesthetic outcome unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

Client satisfaction may depend on factors beyond our control, including architecture, construction conditions, budget limits, other trades, final selections, and site realities.

Our total liability, if any, for any claim relating to the website or Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us for the specific Services giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law or stated in a written contract.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2024 Trade LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your misuse of the website;
  • your violation of any law;
  • your infringement of any third-party rights;
  • any false, incomplete, or misleading information submitted by you.

18. TERMINATION OR RESTRICTION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the website or Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the website in an improper, unlawful, abusive, or harmful manner.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or our Services shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
